The District located in Land O' Lakes, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fencing installation services. The agency needs to install new fencing systems, including chain link, vinyl, ornamental, and wood fencing, to secure and improve its properties. Additionally, the project requires the selected contractor to upgrade, repair, or modify existing fencing as needed to maintain safety and boundary integrity. The scope of work covers the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, and site cleanup necessary for complete installation. The agency requires all work to be performed in accordance with applicable Florida Building Code requirements and industry standards. The contractor must also correct any deficiencies identified through District inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
