Macro - Opioid Abatement Substance Use Disorder Intervention Grant Program Services

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide macro-level opioid abatement substance use disorder intervention grant program services. The agency is trying to solve the problem of opioid-related harm by increasing access to treatment and recovery support and improving outcomes for individuals affected by opioid use disorder. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The scope of work requires the vendor to conduct outreach and engagement by identifying, screening, and connecting impacted individuals to appropriate services. Additionally, the vendor must deliver evidence-based intervention services and coordinate access to treatment, behavioral health, housing, employment, and other supportive services. The agency also requires the provision of recovery support, including peer support, case management, recovery coaching, relapse prevention, and ongoing follow-up contact. To ensure program accountability, the vendor must track participant enrollment, services, referrals, and outcomes, while submitting periodic performance and financial reports. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
