Substance Use Disorder Comprehensive Outpatient Services

The Orange County Department of Mental Health in Goshen, New York is seeking substance use disorder comprehensive outpatient services. The agency requires certified or licensed outpatient programs that treat addiction and substance use disorder as a chronic illness. These programs must utilize counseling, approved medications used consistent with their pharmacological efficacy, and supportive services. The scope of work covers treatment for co-occurring disorders, medical and psychiatric services, vocational rehabilitation, and family intervention and support. The agency is issuing a contract for a performance period of one year. All work under this contract will be performed offsite.
