Clinical Supervision Services

The Ramsey County government authority located in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, requires clinical supervision services to assist license-eligible employees in obtaining their professional clinical licenses. The agency is seeking to help staff develop professional competency and therapy skills necessary to provide quality treatment to a unique client population. This program supports employees working toward licensure as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, and Licensed Psychologist. The selected provider must deliver verbal evaluation and direction of the services provided by the professional staff to promote competent and ethical services. The scope of work covers the continuing development of the employee's knowledge, skills, and values in the general field of psychotherapy, as well as psychotherapy specific to sexual offender treatment. Supervisors may provide these services either in-person or virtually, consistent with the specific licensing board requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place either onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 22, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
