Public Health Leadership, Change Management Training and Technical Assistance Services

The Baltimore, Maryland government authority is seeking a vendor to provide public health leadership, change management training, and technical assistance services. The agency is trying to solve the problem of limited change management and leadership capacity among local health department leaders and staff. The project covers the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a customized leadership and change management workshop. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to customize workshop content and activities to meet the needs of participants while providing practical tools, frameworks, and strategies to support effective organizational change. Topics must address change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, readiness for change, and action planning.
