The government authority located in Los Angeles, California is seeking hotel services to host its 2026 Post Conviction Division Training Conference. The agency requires a venue to accommodate an estimated 120 attendees from September 23 through September 25, 2026. The selected facility must provide an estimated 360 total room nights, contiguous meeting space separate from public areas, and primarily connected corridors to the main hotel and guest rooms. The scope of work includes providing a meeting room, food and beverage services, audio-visual rentals, and exhibit space. The hotel must set up two tables with tablecloths and skirts for registration and reception directly in front of the main meeting room. Additionally, the venue must feature an on-premises restaurant with seating for up to 100 people and provide complimentary or reduced-rate self-parking with in-and-out privileges for at least 120 vehicles. Specific operational requirements include a check-in time no later than 3:00 pm, late check-out on Friday up to 1:00 pm, and early check-out without additional fees. The agency prefers guest rooms equipped with an in-room safe and a refrigerator. The hotel must also possess the capability to separate agency conference charges from individual guest room charges. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the selected hotel facility. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
