Mapping and Geographic Information Services

The agency is seeking mapping and geographic information services for its government authority in Canton, GA. The agency requires GIS technical support consulting services to assist with the management and maintenance of the city's GIS datasets. The project covers ArcGIS Online maintenance, including data organization, cleanup, and updates to web maps and applications. It also includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and workflow improvement for existing web maps and mobile data collection. Assistance with GIS data, mapping services, and automation tasks is requested, along with the digital transformation of hardcopy or archive datasets. The agency also needs services to collect, incorporate, update, and maintain region-wide data. Additional scope includes GIS server design, specifications, implementation, and support. The agency seeks technical assistance and assessment of emerging technologies, along with documentation for developed workflows, automations, and implementations. Interfacing with various software providers, including Lama (land management software), and the creation of miscellaneous maps and data analyses are also part of the requirement. Bidders must be an Onshore (USA Organization Only). The performance of the work will be Offsite. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
