Geographic Information System Technical Service Support Service

The agency is seeking Geographic Information System (GIS) technical service support. The contractor will provide experienced personnel to operate and maintain GIS data, server environments, and support Reclamation programs. This includes system administration, digital and paper deliverables, systems analysis, concept and design, and program development. The project covers mapping, graphics, tabular data, database design, automation, and processing macros. It also includes software and application development for geospatial software, remote sensing data processing, and task automation. Analysis and modeling of geospatial software tools are required, along with end-user support through a Reclamation Help Desk and ESRI enterprise technical support. Systems management, including the Department of Interior cloud server system, GIS and database technology configurations, and ArcGIS server management, is a key component. The contractor will ensure proper operation of government-provided GIS supplies and equipment, and manage Geospatial Cloud services, systems/network administration, and load balancing. GIS application development, studies, modeling, map work, proximity analysis, and web services, including ArcGIS Online, are also within the scope. The contractor will perform maintenance on GIS systems and collaborate with Reclamation IT staff on server maintenance, configuration, backups, security, web services, geospatial database maintenance, ArcGIS Online, and printer/plotter maintenance. The work will be performed both onsite and offsite. This bid is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Bidders must be a USA Organization only.
