Ocean Research Vessel and Crew Assist Charter Services

The government authority in Cape May, NJ, seeks ocean research vessel and crew assist charter services. The services will support surveys to determine the distribution, abundance, and size composition of fishes and invertebrates within New Jersey's coastal waters, from Ambrose Channel to Cape Henlopen, and between the 3 and 15 fathom depth contours. Trawling operations will involve 20-minute tows at 3 knots. The contract period is one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA vendors.
