Asset Management Physical Inspection Services

The agency is seeking on-site asset management physical inspection services for multifamily affordable housing developments within its portfolio. This includes performing comprehensive physical inspections, re-inspections to verify corrections, extended use period inspections, qualified contract inspections, and resident concern inspections. The project also covers work order reviews, scheduling, notifications, and reporting. The contract period will be for two years. Eligibility requires bidders to be a USA Organization only, with all performance of the work occurring on-site. The agency is looking for proposals.
