Paper to Digital Document Scanning and File Recovery Services

The agency is seeking paper to digital document scanning and file recovery services. The project covers recovering the content of impacted files, estimated at 100,000 files or no more than 5,000 linear feet of 1/2 inch average width files. Each file is defined as a manilla folder containing multiple documents. Scanned files must be in PDF format, with the physical file identification used to label each scanned image. Bidders must be certified to work within containment while handling materials or documents contaminated with asbestos-containing materials. The work will be performed offsite. Bidders must be a USA Organization only. The agency is looking for proposals. A mandatory site visit will be held on July 23, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
