Confidential Document Destruction Services

The agency is seeking a non-exclusive partner to provide confidential document destruction services across its campus. This service aims to offer an efficient and cost-effective solution for the universities' needs. The project covers the destruction of all types of confidential materials, including paper, binders, cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, microfiche, microfilm, and x-rays. Services must be performed by trained, bonded, and licensed personnel who will wear uniforms and display photo identification. University employees will not be required to pre-sort materials or remove fasteners like staples and paperclips. The selected vendor will supply locked security containers for record collection. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must be an onshore Canadian organization only. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
