Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software

The buyer requires enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. The system must be Windows-based and fully integrated, encompassing Financial, Payroll, Human Resources, Tax, and Utility Billing modules. Specific functionalities include Accounts Payable with vendor master file integration and budget checking, Budget Management with multi-format presentation and detail line item capability, Bank Reconciliation with flexible import and reporting, and Contracts Management with insurance tracking, key dates, and electronic signature integration. Human Resources/Payroll components must manage applicant and employee data, integrate with position control, and support seamless onboarding. Leave Management must handle multiple contract obligations and support employees in multiple positions. The buyer specifies that the organization must be onshore (USA Only).
