Sheriff’s Office Uniforms Supplies

The Sheriff's Office is seeking a vendor to supply uniforms and related gear. The agency requires specific items, including Class A shirts and pants, vests, outer carriers, softshell jackets, pullovers, standard holsters, leather gear, duty shirts, and PDU pants. The vendor must be able to provide these items according to manufacturer, model, and color specifications, and maintain stock of certain essential items. The scope of work includes providing order process options, delivery methods, and turnaround times. Specific uniform shirt types requested include Polyester Supershirt Men's and Women's S/S and L/S Duty Shirts, Men's and Women's L/S Duty Shirts, FLEXPRO Mens Long sleeve and Short sleeve shirts, Men's and Women's Easy Care Long Sleeve Shirts, Men's and Women's SuperPro Oxford Long Sleeve Shirts, Women's and Men's Defender Long Sleeve Shirts, and Men's V2 Pro Performance Long Sleeve and Short Sleeve Shirts. Eligibility requirements stipulate that the vendor must be located onshore in the USA. Performance of the work will occur onsite. The contract period is for one year.
