The buyer requires a white-label digital international payments solution integrated into their mobile application. This solution must include a payout network with same-day settlement for bank account credit, mobile wallet, and cash pickup options. It also necessitates partner-delivered, branded customer support and a fully branded onboarding and servicing journey within the app. The solution must provide digital KYC, AML transaction monitoring, screening, and real-time fraud detection, integrating with existing biometric identity verification. The solution will support 24/7/365 digital initiation of international money transfers, real-time rate display with fee transparency, and a broad range of send currencies and destination countries. The contract period is seven years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Irish organizations. Performance of work will be offsite. Proposals are requested.
