Food Operator Service

The agency is seeking a food operator service for a government authority located in Albany, NY. The project covers the lease, management, and operation of a designated restaurant space within a 4752 square foot area. The operator must maintain an adequate menu. This includes beverages such as bottled water, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, and both hot and cold options. The menu must also feature health-oriented snacks like fruit, vegetables, and protein items. At least six meal offerings are required, including salads, sandwiches, handheld items, or prepared foods. Grab & Go options, ready-to-eat packaged meals, salads, sandwiches, and wraps are also necessary. Snack options beyond health-focused items, such as chips, pretzels, nuts, and other permissible packaged snacks, are requested. Finally, combo offers pairing items at a value price are required. Eligibility for bidders is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Performance of the work will be onsite. The agency is looking for proposals. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
