Third Party Administrator Services for Self-Funded Medical Benefit Plans

The agency is seeking third-party administrator (TPA) services for its self-funded medical benefit plans. This includes chronic disease management (CDM) services, claims processing, coordination of benefits management, network access and management, and medical management. The scope also covers utilization management, case management, wellness program administration, health information and nurse line services, and fraud, waste, and abuse management. The agency requires administration of website, web portal, and mobile applications, as well as Health Reimbursement Account or Health Savings Account administration. Focus groups and member enrollment and eligibility maintenance are also part of the required services. Performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore, USA-only organization. All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held on July 29, 2026. The contract period will be for five years. The agency is looking for proposals.
