Technology Equipment Recycle Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide technology equipment recycling services in Somerset, NJ. The project covers the pickup, transportation, and recycling of specified technology equipment. The scope of work includes collecting, centralizing, categorizing, and taking inventory of each piece of equipment for recycling. The vendor must perform data security, discovery services, and media sanitation, providing a written guarantee of data and information destruction. A certificate of data destruction, acknowledging receipt and proper erasure, removal, protection, security, and destruction of all data, must be provided to the school district. Eligibility requires vendors to be an Onshore (USA Organization Only). Performance of the work will be Onsite. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
