Multiple Shredding Service

The agency is seeking multiple shredding services for confidential and non-confidential documents. The service includes collection from secured bins and offsite secure shredding at required frequencies from designated pick-up locations. The vendor must provide all labor, transportation, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for this process. The vendor will be responsible for the confidentiality and control of all documents collected. Services will operate Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization only. A pre-bid conference will occur on July 24, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026. The contract period is for two years.
