Professional Geographic Information System

The agency is seeking professional geographic information system services. This project supports the migration and implementation of the City's water Utility Network data within its ArcGIS Enterprise environment. The work includes reviewing the existing GIS environment and Utility Network data, implementation planning, service-based deployment, configuration assistance, testing, training, documentation, and related implementation support. The scope of work covers data and environment readiness review, ArcGIS Pro publishing project and service design support, service publishing and deployment assistance, branch versioning and editing workflow support, application prototype and configuration recommendations, remote training and knowledge transfer, and cutover and go-live support. Performance of the work will be offsite, conducted from the vendor's office premises. Bidders must be a USA organization only. All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
