Fire Sprinkler Repairs, Parts and Other Related Parts Services

The agency is seeking fire sprinkler repair, parts, and related services for its location in Lewisville, TX. This includes repairs, alterations, modifications, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. The contract period will be for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals and requires that bidders be an onshore US organization only. Performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must acknowledge that Lewisville ISD is subject to the Texas Public Information Act, and information provided in response to the solicitation will be considered a public record. Bidders are responsible for briefing the Texas Attorney General's Office on why any documents identified as confidential or proprietary fall within an exception for public disclosure. Vendors doing business with Lewisville ISD are required to provide proof of various insurances, with required coverages based on the scope of services. The agency reserves the right to review and determine necessary insurance limits. Vendors shall hold the District harmless from and indemnify it against all liability, including bodily injury and property damage.
