Fire Sprinkler Services

The agency is seeking fire sprinkler services for facilities located in Lowell, MA. This includes providing labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision for fire sprinkler and pump systems testing, inspections, and necessary repairs. The contract requires semi-annual inspection and testing of twenty sprinkler systems across nineteen facilities. Testing must include all sprinkler system tamper switches and exercising all control valves. All work must comply with agency 25 and applicable federal, state, and local codes. The contractor must submit a complete inspection and test report for each system to the Superintendent of Facilities. Reports must include the date of inspection, fire pump system identification and location, all test results with performance data, verification of testing in accordance with agency 25, a detailed list of deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective actions. The technician's name and signature are also required. Repairs will only be performed when authorized by the agency, unless otherwise specified. The contract period is for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Only) contractors. The performance of the work will be offsite.
