Fire Detection and Suppression System

The agency is seeking proposals to furnish and install a complete self-contained fire detection and suppression system for a 15,000-square-foot single-stream recycling transfer station. This system must handle mixed recyclable materials including paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, and metals. The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting support, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation. The fire detection system requires fixed-mount infrared thermal imaging cameras for continuous temperature monitoring and analytics, automated hot-spot detection, configurable alarm thresholds, and real-time display. It also requires high-definition visual spectrum cameras integrated with thermal detection for video verification of alarm events, including event recording and storage. Performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be located in the USA only. The contract period will be for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
