Alternate System of Assessment Services

The buyer seeks alternate system of assessment services for English language arts, mathematics, and science. These assessments will measure the learning of students with the most significant cognitive disabilities in Pennsylvania. The scope includes maximizing access to the general education curriculum, ensuring inclusion in statewide assessment and accountability systems, and providing data and instructional resources for classroom decisions. Eligibility requires bidders to be onshore (USA Only). Performance of the work will be onsite. The buyer is looking for proposals. Submission can be digital via email or online. The requested assessments must be aligned to PA Core Standards for grades 3-8 and 11 in ELA and Mathematics, and PA Academic Standards in Science for grades 5, 8, and 11. The system must meet standards of best practice and satisfy U.S. Department of Education guidance.
