Safety Management Gap Study Services

The government authority in Los Angeles, CA, requires safety management gap study services. The selected vendor will conduct a gap analysis of existing safety systems, recommend best practices for evaluating organizational safety performance, assess risk management and hazard mitigation methodologies, and advise on strategies to strengthen leadership and workforce safety engagement.
