Automated Vehicle Location and Monitoring System

The buyer requires an Automated Vehicle Location and Monitoring (AVLM) system. This system must include all hardware, software, installation, and maintenance. The AVLM system needs to collect real-time data from agency and independent contractor vehicles, including location, mileage, speed, idling status, and operator identification. Data will be stored temporarily on onboard hardware and transferred wirelessly. The system must integrate with existing agency database systems. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposals are requested, and the contract period is three years. Questions are due by August 13, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026. Work will be performed offsite.
