Stakeholder Experience Survey Service

The Workers’ Safety and Compensation Commission (WSCC) of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms. The agency requires the design, administration, analysis, and reporting of the 2026 Stakeholder Experience Survey. This survey will inform WSCC performance evaluation, service improvement, and future strategic planning. The work will be performed both offsite and onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located in Canada only. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Local Time (MT), on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
