Housing Software

The buyer requires housing software to conduct agency business, support agency needs, and provide decision-making data. The software must comply with privacy regulations, offer account self-service for applicants, tenants, and employees, and integrate with an electronic document management system. Reporting capabilities should support customized reports and letters. Financial applications include General Ledger, bank reconciliation, budgeting, accounts payable, tenant billing, and capital fund management. General applications cover applicant waiting lists, unit management, tenant and property management, a work order system with mobile application, and utility tracking with mobile application. Other desired features include website management, online resident portal, integration with online banking, direct payroll integration, document imaging, document signing, and an online housing application. The buyer also needs procurement capabilities for purchase orders and inventory control. Data conversion, installation, implementation, testing, and staff training are also required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The contract period is three years, and work performance will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
