Survey Collection Services

The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Services, is seeking survey collection services. The agency aims to procure these services for the period of July 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Performance of the work will be onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Bidders must be located in the USA and operate onshore. The RFP is for CCS Survey Collection services. The agency welcomes proposals from new vendors, including joint ventures and partnerships. Entities currently contracted to provide CCS services to Milwaukee County BHS are not eligible. Two informational sessions will be held: one on August 11, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, and another on August 14, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, both virtually via Microsoft Teams. All questions must be submitted through the Milwaukee County Procurement Portal no later than August 18, 2026, at 9:00 am. Written responses to questions will be posted on August 21, 2026. Proposals are due by September 18, 2026, at 4:00 pm CDT and must be submitted digitally via the Milwaukee County Procurement Portal. The contract period will be for one year. The agency is looking for proposals and has not specified a budget amount.
