Breastfeeding Performance Improvement Project Support Services

The agency is seeking support services for the WIC Breastfeeding Performance Improvement Project. The project aims to improve breastfeeding outcomes for WIC participants through quality improvement, data analysis, and reporting. The agency requires integration of data from state-employed and contracted breastfeeding peer counselors, followed by data validation for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency. The scope of work includes identifying missing data, discrepancies, duplication, or documentation concerns. The agency also seeks analysis of trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement in breastfeeding services, as well as an assessment of outcome variations across different peer counselor employment models, clinic sites, and service delivery methods. Deliverables include an executive summary of key findings, a visual presentation of breastfeeding performance metrics, a comparison to prior quarters and historical trends, identification of emerging issues or risks, and a summary of recommended quality improvement actions. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors within the USA only. Performance of the work will be onsite. The contract period will be for one year.
