Nursing, Radiography and Respiratory Therapy Equipment Supplies

County College of Morris requires a vendor to provide nursing, radiography, and respiratory therapy equipment supplies under a single overall contract. The contractor must perform the work on site in Randolph, New Jersey, and quoted prices must include all freight, delivery, and installation charges. Onshore USA bidders must comply with New Jersey business registration, disclosure, and Division of Contract Compliance & EEO requirements. Bidders must also register under the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act for equipment requiring installation. Bidders may request bid documents after 9:00 a.m. on October 8, 2026, via www.ccm.edu. Bidders must submit sealed bids on the provided bid proposal form by hand delivery, U.S. Mail, or express service to the Purchasing Department by 1:00 PM prevailing time on October 28, 2026. The college will reject email and facsimile submissions, and it will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
