Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit Service

Ventura County Behavioral Health seeks proposals for a Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit service. The selected vendor will provide behavioral health and substance use disorder crisis assessment, emergency psychiatric evaluation, medication services, brief crisis interventions, and coordination of admissions, care, referrals, and medical support. Services must align with the County Behavioral Health Plan and Medi-Cal requirements. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. Proposals are requested, and all questions must be submitted by August 7, 2026. The RFP was issued on July 29, 2026, with a proposal due date of September 9, 2026.
