Labor Tax Integrated Solution

The buyer requires a fully functional Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to replace the current Employer Accounts System (EAS). This integrated labor tax solution must consolidate employer accounts management, audits, workflow automation, and document imaging. It needs to include a web-enabled real-time wage record inquiry portal for agency partners, an integrated document management solution, and support multiple data exchange modes. The solution must be available 24/7, retain and archive data, integrate with SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On, and leverage new technologies for analytics and fraud detection. Bidders must be an Onshore (USA Organization Only) and performance of the work will be offsite. Proposals are requested, and questions are due by August 14, 2026.
