Nursing Home Services

The government authority in Hartford, CT, seeks proposals for nursing home services. The selected vendor must provide a skilled nursing facility with staff trained in behavioral health and risk management. This facility will treat individuals with physical, medical, and/or cognitive needs requiring 24-hour skilled care, who are challenging to place due to agency involvement. The proposed building must be zoned for individuals with a full range of past criminal offenses and offer suitable space. The facility will operate with 24/7 staffing trained in behavioral health practices. All questions are due by September 1, 2026. A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 25, 2026. Eligibility requires the organization to be onshore (USA only). Performance of the work will be onsite. The authority is looking for proposals.
