Workers\' Compensation Claims Administration Service

The City requires workers' compensation claims administration services. The scope includes reviewing and adjusting all workers' compensation claims in accordance with state laws and contract terms, administering existing open files, obtaining expert medical opinions, assisting attorneys with litigation and settlement negotiations, reporting claims to excess insurance carriers, coordinating return-to-work and medical rehabilitation programs, and maintaining claim files. The City also requires investigation of claims, resolution of employee problems related to industrial injuries in non-litigated cases, and review of subrogation potential. Eligibility requires vendors to be onshore (USA Only). The performance of the work will be offsite. The City is looking for proposals.
