NG911 Call Handling Equipment Sustainment Services

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks to qualify contractors to provide NG911 call handling equipment sustainment services. The buyer requires an End of Life and End of Support system audit, sustainment plan, equipment, and services to extend the lifecycle of legacy Motorola VESTA, Motorola Emergency Call Works, and Intrado Viper call handling equipment systems. The contractor must be a manufacturer certified channel partner or reseller of the call handling equipment solution. The contract period will be two years with a one-year renewal option. Performance of the work will be onsite and offsite. Contractors must provide documentation showing two years of experience in the relevant commodity code and authorization from the CHE manufacturer. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. The buyer is looking for proposals.
