Cloud-Based Ticketing and Event Management Solution

The buyer requires a cloud-based ticketing and event management solution. This solution must be a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform with a mobile-responsive interface and browser compatibility. It needs to offer centralized ticketing with decentralized control for various university departments and venues, including mobile and digital ticket delivery, marketing and CRM features, event link tracking, campaign attribution, and integration with email marketing platforms. The platform must support venue and event management with a parent and child page structure for departmental control and integrate with Authorize.net or an equivalent payment processor. The contract period is three years. Proposals are requested. All questions must be submitted by August 19, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA) organizations. Performance of the work will be offsite.
