One-Stop Operator Service

The government authority in Belleville, IL, seeks a One-Stop Operator Service. The selected vendor will implement the memorandum of understanding, one-stop system, and local plan. This includes developing agendas, facilitating meetings, providing minutes, and coordinating partner services to businesses. The operator will also produce quarterly progress reports to the board and prepare board members to discuss the one-stop system. Additionally, the vendor will cooperate with the board on day-to-day operations, manage hours of operation, facilitate cross-training among partner staff, and develop an annual staffing plan. Performance of the work will be onsite. Only onshore US organizations are eligible. Proposals are requested. All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
