Professional Consultant Services

The City of Arroyo Grande seeks professional consulting services to develop the East Grand Avenue Corridor Plan. The scope includes identifying tools and strategies to implement the new mixed-use general plan land use designation, establishing a clear vision for development, and defining strategies for diverse development types such as multi-family residential, retail, service commercial, and office uses. The plan must also identify opportunities for adaptive reuse of existing buildings and promote development patterns and urban design amenities that encourage pedestrian activity. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Proposals are due by 5:00 P.M. on September 10, 2026. The City is looking for proposals and has not stated a budget.
