Banking and Cash Management Services for UT-System

The UT-System requires banking and cash management services. The scope includes account services, wire transfers, ACH origination and receipt, investment custody, overnight cash investment, alternative payment consulting, and cash/coin orders. The services aim to improve central visibility over cash and liquidity, design an efficient bank account structure, enhance remittance information for reconciliation, support centralization of treasury activities, and provide implementation and advisory support. The buyer is seeking proposals. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization. All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026. Performance of the work will be offsite.
