Coaching, Training, Organizational Development and Strategic Planning Services

The government authority seeks a vendor to provide coaching, training, organizational development, and strategic planning services. The scope includes strengthening organizational performance and supporting staff development through services designed to enhance leadership effectiveness, build workforce capability, and improve operational efficiency. Specific areas of focus are capacity training and coaching for Continuous Quality Improvement, leadership and workforce development, strategic alignment and organizational performance, innovation, inclusion, and change management, and consulting and advisory services. The vendor must be a US-based organization. Performance of the work will be onsite. All questions must be submitted by August 18, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026. The contract period is for five years. The authority is looking for proposals.
