Health and Nutrition Delivery System 2.0 Maintenance and Operation Support Services

The government authority requires maintenance and operation support services for the Health and Nutrition Delivery System 2.0 (HANDS 2.0). This system is an eligibility and data management platform for the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program. The scope of work includes providing all product or software updates, such as new features, bug fixes, component updates, security fixes, and enhancements. The vendor must also ensure HANDS 2.0 maintains its functionality and stays applicable with emerging technology and operational models. This includes fixing bugs in the user interface, business processes, and stored procedures. The vendor will also provide computers for the support team and scan network computers for viruses. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. Performance of the work will be offsite. A pre-offer conference is scheduled for September 2, 2026. The buyer is seeking proposals.
