Classification and Compensation Study Service

The Town of Vienna, VA, requires classification and compensation study services. The Town employs 199 full-time and 3 benefited part-time employees across departments including Legislative, Administrative, Finance, Police, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, and Planning and Zoning. The study aims to attract and retain qualified employees, ensure similar work is classified together, provide commensurate salaries, outline promotional opportunities, establish justifiable pay differentials, and maintain competitive compensation with comparable government and private employers in the geographic area. The selected vendor must be a US-based organization. Performance of the work will be offsite. Proposals are requested. All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
