Insurance Collection Services

The government authority in NY seeks an accounts receivable resolution vendor to provide insurance collection services. The vendor will pursue payment from insurance companies for unpaid or under-paid hospital accounts. Approximately $1,500,000.00 of open and active accounts with balances between $500 and $2,500 require collection annually. Collections will consist of third-party liabilities only. Eligibility requires an onshore US organization. Performance of the work will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. The contract period will be for five years. The authority is looking for proposals.
