Program Management Services

The government authority in Portsmouth, VA, requires comprehensive owner's representative and program management services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes program management and controls, pre-design and design-phase services, procurement support, construction-phase services, closeout and warranty services, grant and compliance services, public-facing support, and optional specialty services.
