Behavioral Health Crises Service

The government authority in Washington requires behavioral health crisis services. The scope includes developing and operating a regional 24/7 Crisis Response Center for adults experiencing behavioral health crises. Services encompass crisis de-escalation, stabilization, psychiatric and clinical assessment, medication management, therapeutic intervention, case management, and peer support. The vendor will also undertake pre-service delivery planning, including program development, operational planning, governance development, community engagement, licensing and credentialing preparation, facility planning, clinical workflow development, and regional partner coordination. An interim crisis stabilization services feasibility assessment is also required. Program operations and service delivery within the permanent facility will follow implementation. The vendor must be a US-based organization. All questions are due by August 12, 2026. The buyer is seeking proposals and has not stated a budget.
