Design-Build and Construction Manager Services

The government authority in San Luis Obispo, CA, requires design-build and construction manager services. The selected vendor will provide design and preconstruction phase services, including collaboration on design, constructability, cost, and schedule. The vendor will develop designs, conduct constructability reviews, offer suggestions for project quality improvement, and provide construction planning, phasing, and scheduling. The vendor will also develop and maintain project schedules, and perform cost estimating and value engineering, reconciling contractor cost estimates with the owner's budget.
