Design Services for Memorial Park

The government authority in Calexico, CA, seeks design services for Memorial Park. The selected vendor will prepare three conceptual park design alternatives and corresponding cost estimates for the park's enhancement and build-out. The scope includes project administration and coordination, site analysis and existing conditions assessment, community engagement and visioning, concept development and design approach, and phased design and cost estimates.
