State Government Relations Consulting Services

The buyer seeks state government relations consulting services. The scope includes providing strategic advice on relationship cultivation, issue management, and positioning for state funding. The vendor will represent the buyer with state policymakers on issues and budget requests, assist with shepherding funding requests through the budget process, and track and analyze legislation. The vendor will also counsel on reputation management and the political climate. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility requires the organization to be onshore (USA Organization Only). All questions must be submitted no later than September 01, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals.
