Community Outreach and Media Services

The City seeks community outreach and media services to serve all qualifying residents, with a focus on those experiencing disparate public health impacts. Services include electronic outreach (e-newsletters, websites, blogs, social media), print and promotional materials (mailings, posters, advertisements, signage), on-the-ground outreach (tabling, attending meetings, door-to-door flyering), media relations (marketing campaigns, TV/radio/billboard ads, ethnic media outreach), and focus groups to develop culturally appropriate messaging. The vendor must be a US-based organization, and work will be performed offsite at the vendor's premises. The City is seeking proposals and all questions must be submitted by August 27, 2026.
